RELEVANCE OF CERTIFICATION IN THE PRESENT TIMES Microsoft, CompTIA and Cisco are constantly evaluating and bringing up new updates for their certification programs to ensure they remain relevant in today’s world and in the real markets out there. This has resulted in the individuals certified in these areas to be fully well aware of updates, improvements and advancements in related technologies and platforms for more on-the-job skills enhancement. Certifications create a higher promotion and hiring probability. In the face of economic recession companies are still hiring and promoting staff, why? Simply, because some organizations, despite poor economic indices need to expand to stay in existence. With this expansion the need for more professionals and current certified ones at that can not be over emphasized.
